I have a confession to make! I like pilates more than yoga! It's true for reasons that will probably take too long to explain in this review. So instead I'll just tell you that pilates is an amazing full body activity and everyone should be doing it. This Yoga Strap has done so much for my stretching game! I am really motivated as soon as I have my yoga strap in hand! I'm really trying to improve my posture as I sit a lot during the day. I really like these set of 2 silicone ice cube trays. I like the purple and blue colors and the cute little size of the cubes and the ease of removing the cubes from the trays.The claim from the company is that you will have great tasting cubes and water because the silicone doesn't pick up freezer odors that may get into the water while freezing. It is a true claim and the cubes did seem fresh and pure as well as the water. The size of the cubes are perfect for the glass or cup you're drinking out of. I really like that they fit really nice into my freezer due to the smaller size. I just got back from the gym and I've been using my new Well & Fit wrist wraps! I really like the support they provide for my wrists when I'm lifting dumbells, kettlebells and doing my dead-lifts. My Review:
I have an 8 year old West Highland Terrier named Rosie. She is very spoiled! She likes to bark when the doorbell rings and breakfast lunch and dinner times to see if she could score some treats! She will bark until she get's what she wants and sometimes its nonstop! I never thought that she could be trained to stop barking because of her age. But the vibration collar has really helped her to calm down and be silent during certain times when she use to bark. The collar will emit a sound when it recognizes a bark and then adjust to her. It will then emit another sound when she barks again, almost like to say STOP BARKING! My noisy dog was silent for the entire first day of wearing the collar but on the second and third day Rosie seemed to be getting use to it and barked a few times. But overall I believe this is a good solid product. Just read your manual before applying the collar and be in tune with your dog.

This little trash can is the perfect size for my office or even my kids playroom. They do a lot of arts and crafts, which create little messes and this step trash can would help to keep them organized and clean up after themselves. My kids love the little step mechanism to open the can! It has an inside bucket that slides out when it's time to empty the garbage. The trash can can hold 3 Liters and it's made from brushed stainless steel. The high quality stainless steel with resist rust. I bought a bathroom set a couple years ago made from cheap metal and it rusted up from the outside in, so stick with the quality. I was pleasantly surprised at how soft and fluffy these face cloths were considering they're made of bamboo! I used one to wash my face. I was been battling some adult acne which isn't fun. I love this Matcha Tea! I tried it for the first time a couple weeks ago and it's easy to make and tastes good! I have a Matcha tea bowl too. The only thing I did not have was the wooden Matcha whisk to mix the tea and get it nice and frothy. I used a fork and the tea didn't seem to froth up like it should've if it had been whisked. It had an mild herbal taste; almost minty. If you want to brew it quick you must first boil some water then put about 1/2 teaspoon of Matcha powder into the bowl or cup. Last you will whisk the water and tea together until a nice froth appears at the top of the cup or bowl you are using. At this point your Matcha tea is done and ready to drink so enjoy! This little bicycle pump is amazing! My son keeps it on his bike when he travels back and forth to and from school. It just gives him extra assurance just in case he or his friends comes across a flat tire during their ride. I have 7 children and most of them play sports. It's very important that we have a first aid kit nearby for cuts, scrapes and minor injuries that commonly occur. My Review:
If you haven't heard of "zoodles" or "zaghetti" you must have been living in a cave because lately they are the new thing in town! My brother's girlfriend made him some of the noodles made from zuchinni and he loved it so much that he brought some for me and my mother to try. I instantly fell in love with the taste and idea that I can have noodles made from one of my favorite vegetables. What an awesome and healthy concept. My Review:
My cousin is coming to visit from California in May of next year. We are planning on going bike riding and I want to be prepared for the night bike rides so this rear bike light is perfect. It has an adjustable strap to fit the light onto the bike seat post. The light has 3 settings, with the longest being the flashing, which lasts for 50 hours. That is amazing that you don't need to recharge for 50 hours when the light is set on flashing mode. The bike light is also easy to use and figure out when recharging; my 9 year old and 12 year old set it up for me. The light is really bright and luminous. You can be seen from near or far with this light. I highly recommend this rear bike light. You can also use this light for just going out to walk the dog or taking a night stroll with the family.

This is an amazing product. I do a lot of food prepping for my meals and this is such a great kitchen tool. It cuts my time in the kitchen way down. As an avid runner and exercise fanatic I often look for new products that will make life easier while on the road or in the gym! I have purchased a couple running belts in the past but these days phones change like the wind and you therefore have to change your phone accessories, which would be the size of my current running belt. My Review:
I work as a Certified Personal Trainer and Nutrition Specialist. I use the body fat calipers and measuring tape on a regular basis to measure body fat. The Ozeri Body Tape Measure and Body Fat Test Calipers are really accurate and efficient when using them on my clients. I also teach my clients how to use them so they can keep themselves on track. My Review:

I just used this snore deter for my husband and 6 year old who both snore and they worked! My hubby has suffered with snoring for awhile although he claims I snore at times as well. My Review:
My daughter and I both have curly hair so I was eager to try Royal Locks Curly Hair Cream Gel! First of all the design of the bottle and pump make it very convenient to disperse the gel when needed. You just need to pump out about a nickel size and it was plenty for my long, thick hair. I applied it to my wet, detangled hair and then flipped my head and hair over so that I can "scrunch" the ends and facilitate a fuller curly look. Once I flipped my head back my hair appeared fuller and the curls were well formed without the frizz. That's my problem with other products that cause my hair to frizz, look crunchy, flat, heavy or have a lack of body. When the Spiralizer came in the mail it was like Christmas arrived early! I opened the box to find a Spiralizer double the size of the one I'd been using! Sooo excited to get the Best Selfie Stick in the mail! My kids ran upstairs to my bedroom and ripped open the package. We tried my son's iPhone6 first. It was very easy to use and easy to securely clip his phone into the space. We then connected the short wire adapter into the phone outlet to enable the camera to work with the push button system on the Best Selfie Stick handle. Then it was picture Time! I’ve been using this fractionated coconut oil for a couple weeks now and I’m extremely satisfied with the results. My skin type tends to be more on the dry side and I’ve been looking for a product that I can use on my face and body that’s light and easily absorbed into the skin. The Fractionated Coconut Oil absorbed right into my dry skin leaving a fresh and dewy appearance. I loved using the pump for easy application. GREAT product! I highly recommend as a moisturizer for any skin type and especially if you just want a massage. Oh, and this product will last you forever…it never goes rancid!
